For my grandsons birthday party we rented a water slide. I had been to events with slides and obstacle courses but I had never rented one. I had questions . From my first call I was sold. The gentleman answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.. I used the very easy on line ordering tool. I received an immediate confirmation and a follow up email with contact information for any questions. The customer care and service is the BEST, I received a follow up text a few days before my event. On the day of my event they showed up on time and were so professional and nice. They made sure to set up exactly where I wanted . They were careful with my yard etc. it took no time at all ! It was so clean and well maintained and we all had a fabulous time !!! We had a bad storm and I wanted to make sure the equipment was safe. I called the number they left and they answered immediately. I just could not have had a better experience from beginning to end!! Parties in Motion is a five star plus outfit!!! They will be my go to for any future events!!!!
